Shipping
Yes, we offer international shipping worldwide. For all international orders, please contact us on WhatsApp to receive full details regarding shipping options, delivery timelines, and payment arrangements before placing your order.
For orders within Lebanon, delivery typically takes 4–6 business days.
International orders are shipped via DHL and usually arrive within up to 3 weeks, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
Orders & Returns
We do not offer refunds. However, exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order. You may exchange your item by visiting our store or by contacting us on WhatsApp.
Please note that the item must be in its original condition, exactly as received, and unused.
Payment
For orders within Lebanon, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Whish Money.
For international orders, payment is available via Whish transfer or bank transfer. Please contact us on WhatsApp or Email to proceed with international payments and receive further details.
